Join us February 9th to Prepare Your Business for Success with Internal and External Communications

The old adage 'If you build it they will come' no longer applies in today's business climate. Competition for talent, customers, sales and funding requires that your business have an awareness for the power that effective communication can have internally and externally. Join Encore Performance Consulting for an informed discussion on how you can surround yourself with the people who will make your business most successful. This month's panelists include Gary Ridley and Marcia Moran from Encore Consulting and Michel Heitstuman will be moderating.

Join us at Dupont Business Incubator on February 9th from 8-10 am. $15 for Members, $25 for non-members. 1638 R St, NW #120 Washington, DC

The lemons are back!2012-01-27

Here are the latest pictures of our "energy" lemons, 9 weeks in. The lemons have come a long way since they were first sealed in their separate jars, not that you can tell from looking at good lemon! It seems we have been directing our energy well: all of the positive vibes we've been sending to good lemon have maintained its healthy yellow glow. Bad lemon is starting to look pretty rough from all the negative thoughts and feelings we’ve been sending its way. Looking at bad lemon is a great reminder of how harmful negativity can be. Be like good lemon and try to keep a positive outlook!

The Track Your Stuff Challenge is underway!2012-01-13

Steve Ma, Founder of Live Green, spent 2011 tracking every thing he bought or acquired. Why? He wanted to draw attention to his own role in the over-consumption of material goods.  Now that 2011 has come to a close, read Steve's reflection on his "Year of Stuff".

We think everyone would benefit from sharing Steve's experience, so we launched the  2012 "Track Your Stuff Challenge". Starting Monday, January 15th, watch with us as our courageous and dedicated participants publicly track everything they buy and acquire on Facebook. Check our page, and the Track Your Stuff Challenge page to see what we're tracking!
