Kwai sources for materials made from fronds of areca palm trees, a sustainable high-quality plant leaf that is also pleasing to the eye. Their products are made chemical/pesticide-free. Kwai’s products are compostable, and while the materials are shipped from India, they ensure that the transportation energy is equal to trucking from DC to New York.
